Moderatley good week. 281.8 – 279.2 = 2.6 pounds. I was hosting someone from out of town at work which meant that I went out for beers a few times and also went out to eat at a great mexican seafood place where I really had a blow out, rice, chips, beer in large quantities. All that being said 2.6 pounds is still pretty good. Getting below 280 is a pretty big psychological accomplishment for me — now onward to 270!
