After the vacation, happiness quickly dropped back to baseline levels for most people. How much stress or relaxation a traveler experienced on the trip appeared to influence post-vacation happiness. There was no post-trip happiness benefit for travelers who said the vacation was “neutral” or stressful.”

I think you should immediately release the tension with a vacation to a beautiful place. to simply relax and let go of all burdens your mind. I recommend you go to Indonesia but not to Bali because it was too ordinary. belitung and try to enjoy the holidays like a private island. and of course with a cheaper cost than a vacation in bali
